Pune-based imeco ultrasonics manufactures ultrasonic vapour degreasing systems which can be used to enhance cleaning speed and effectiveness where high degree cleaning is required. The ultrasonic vapour degreasing systems come with advantages of saving energy, cost, labour, floor space, chemicals and solvents.
Working principle:
The pre-cleaning chamber of the ultrasonic vapour degreasing systems at first dip clean components to remove gross contaminants followed by vigorous ultrasonic agitation. The components are then held in vapour chamber for vapour rinsing and drying where pure vapour condenses them by dissolving grease and soils. In this operation when the components reach vapour temperature the condensation is stopped and clean and dry components come out. For efficient solvent reclamation water is circulated in the condensation coils.
The company supplies these ultrasonic degreasing systems comprising of two, three or four chambered tanks depending upon contamination level and desired cleaning degree. The company also provides the units with direct refrigeration cooling systems, distillation plants, filtration systems and fume extraction systems. The systems can be used either with trichloroethylene, perchloroethylene degreasing agents. The company supplies ultrasonic vapour degreasing systems with elegantly painted, compact and portable cabinets.
